Terms of service

These terms apply when you use Findability's free AI Visibility Check or buy a Findability Audit, Watch or Growth plan. Findability is a business of threethreefourfour, based in Singapore ("we", "us"). By requesting a check or paying for a service, you agree to these terms.

1. Our services

• AI Visibility Check (free): a one-page snapshot of which businesses AI assistants recommend for a question your customers ask.
• Findability Audit (one-off): a report scoring your website and visibility on Google and in AI assistants against competitors you name, with a prioritised fix plan and a walkthrough call. Delivered within 5 business days of payment and receiving the information we need.
• Findability Watch and Findability Growth (monthly): ongoing tracking, quarterly re-audits and, for Growth, content briefs and a monthly call, as described on our website when you sign up.

2. What our results are, and are not

• Our reports measure your visibility at a point in time, using data from search engines, AI assistants and data providers.
• AI answers and search results change often and can vary from one run to the next. We report shares and trends, not guarantees.
• We do not guarantee any ranking, traffic, AI mention, lead or revenue outcome.
• Our recommendations are general marketing guidance. You decide whether and how to act on them.

3. Fees and payment

• Prices are shown on our website in US dollars or Singapore dollars, and in your quote. You pay in the currency stated on your quote or payment link. If we become GST-registered, GST will be added where it applies.
• Audits are paid in full before work starts. Monthly plans are billed in advance each month.
• If you start a Growth plan within 30 days of an audit, we credit the audit fee as described in your offer.
• Founding prices apply to the first ten audit clients and do not change prices for later clients.

4. Monthly plans and cancellation

Watch and Growth have a 3-month minimum term. After that they continue month to month until you cancel. To cancel, give us 30 days' notice through our contact form. Fees already paid for a started month are not refunded.

5. Refunds

If we cannot deliver an audit you have paid for, we will refund it in full. Otherwise, fees are non-refundable once work has started.

6. Your responsibilities

• Give us accurate information about your business, website and competitors.
• Only grant us access to accounts and data you are entitled to share.
• Use our reports lawfully and do not present them as endorsements of you by any search engine or AI provider.

7. Independence and partner referrals

We do not carry out fixes ourselves. If you ask, we can introduce you to independent implementation partners. Any work they do is under a separate agreement between you and them. We may receive a referral fee from a partner, and we will tell you before any introduction.

8. Ownership and use of reports

Once paid for, you may use your report for your own business, including sharing it with your staff, developers and advisers. We keep ownership of our methods, software and templates, and may use anonymised, aggregated findings to improve our services and publish industry research. We will not name you without your written consent.

9. Confidentiality

We keep non-public information you share with us confidential and use it only to provide our services. Our privacy notice explains how we handle personal data.

10. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the fees you paid us for that service in the 3 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as lost profits, revenue or business opportunities. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms. Changes apply to new purchases and to monthly plans from the next billing month after we notify you. These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the Singapore courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
