Findability is an independent audit service based in Singapore. We show business owners how they appear on Google and in AI assistants such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude and Perplexity, compared with the competitors they actually lose business to, and what to fix first.

Why we started

More customers now ask an AI assistant who to hire instead of scrolling through search results, and the assistant names only a handful of businesses. Most owners have no way of knowing whether they are one of them. We built Findability to answer that question with evidence, not guesswork.

How we work

• Evidence first. Every score and finding is traceable to data collected on the day of the audit.
• Independent. We sell the measurement, not the fixes, so we have no reason to overstate problems. When you want help, we introduce vetted partners and track whether their work lands.
• Plain English. Reports are written for owners, with a 30/60/90-day plan and a findings file your developer can use.
• No guarantees we cannot keep. Nobody controls Google rankings or AI answers. We measure where you stand and whether things improve.

Founder

Findability was founded by Benjamin Choo, a Singapore-based investment professional with over two decades in private banking, private credit and family office investing. He brings an investor's habit to marketing: measure carefully, then act on what the numbers show.
