Privacy notice
Last updated 7 November 2026
This notice explains how Findability collects, uses and protects personal data, in line with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA). Findability is a business of threethreefourfour, based in Singapore ("we", "us").
What we collect
- Details you give us through our form or by email: your name, work email, business name, website, competitors you name, the questions your customers ask, and anything else you write to us.
- Engagement details if you become a client: billing contact and payment records (card details are handled by our payment provider, not stored by us), and optional read-only access to tools such as Google Search Console that you choose to grant.
- Public information about your business, such as your website content, search rankings, links, reviews and how AI assistants describe you. This is mostly business information, not personal data.
We never ask for passwords. This website sets no tracking or advertising cookies of its own.
How we use it
- To run your free AI Visibility Check, audits and monitoring, and to send you the results.
- To reply to your questions and manage our engagement with you, including invoicing.
- To send occasional updates about our services, only if you have agreed. You can opt out at any time.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
Who we share it with
We do not sell personal data. We use trusted service providers to operate Findability, and share only what each needs:
- Tally (forms) and Vercel (website hosting).
- Stripe (payments), when you buy a paid service.
- Search and AI data providers, such as DataForSEO and AI model providers, which receive your business name, website and search questions to produce your analysis.
- Implementation partners, only if you ask us to introduce you, and only the details needed for that introduction.
Some providers process data outside Singapore. Where they do, we take reasonable steps to ensure your data receives protection comparable to the PDPA.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for up to 24 months after our last contact, and client records for 12 months after an engagement ends, or longer where the law requires (for example, financial records). We then delete or anonymise them.
Your choices and rights
- Ask for access to the personal data we hold about you, or ask us to correct it.
- Withdraw your consent to our use of your data. We will tell you what this means for any ongoing service.
- Opt out of marketing messages at any time.
We aim to reply within 30 days.
Security
We protect personal data with reasonable security arrangements, including access controls and reputable providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to keep your data safe and will notify you and the authorities of a notifiable data breach as the PDPA requires.
Contact and Data Protection Officer
Our Data Protection Officer is Ben Choo. To make a request or ask a question, use our contact form and choose "Something else".
